A signal in this registry is a reference point: a number computed the same way every day, from named public sources, by a published formula, with a birth date and a version. We do not forecast with them. A signal that turns out to be "consistently wrong" against your use case is still a working instrument — stable relationships can be inverted, weighted, or dismissed, and that judgment belongs to you or your model. What we guarantee is the part a reference point owes you: the formula never silently changes, improvements ship as new versions beside the old, and published values are immutable.
